Bet Bro Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

01 Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following words carry the meanings set out below. Understanding them will help you read the rest of the document clearly.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By registering a Bet Bro account, accessing the platform, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Bet Bro platform.

These terms apply to all products offered on Bet Bro including sports betting, live casino, card games, virtual sports, and any promotional offers. Specific products may carry additional rules available in the relevant product section — those additional rules form part of the overall terms agreement.

03 Account Registration

Each person may hold only one Bet Bro account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance held in them.

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. False names, fake addresses, or incorrect contact details are grounds for immediate account closure.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Bet Bro will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have shared or negligently exposed your password.
• You may not register on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your account to place bets.
• Bet Bro may require additional verification documents at any stage of your membership, including identity proof such as CNIC, and may suspend account activity until verification is complete.
• Account registration is subject to approval by Bet Bro. We reserve the right to decline any registration without being required to state a reason.

04 Age Verification

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the Bet Bro platform. By completing registration, you confirm that you are 18 or older. Bet Bro takes underage gambling seriously and carries out age verification checks on accounts where there is reason to believe the member may be under 18.

• Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately and any funds in that account — including winnings — will be forfeited.
• If you are unsure whether a person in your household is using your account, use the self-exclusion or account lock tools available in account settings or contact Bet Bro support immediately.
• Bet Bro will not be liable for any losses incurred by a minor who accessed the platform using an adult's credentials where the adult has failed to secure their login details.

05 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on Bet Bro are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT (interbank fund transfer), and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500 for most payment methods. Specific method minimums are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 1,000. Withdrawals below this amount will not be processed.
• Withdrawal processing: Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically process within 5–30 minutes. NayaPay and SadaPay within 15–60 minutes. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take 2–8 hours on business days. Visa/Mastercard refunds may take 3–5 business days.
• You may only withdraw to a payment method you have previously used to deposit, or to a verified bank account registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Bet Bro does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
• Deposits made by bank card that are subsequently the subject of a chargeback will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation. Members found to have abused the chargeback mechanism will have their accounts closed and may be reported to relevant authorities.
• Bet Bro reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method before processing a withdrawal if the identity of the account holder cannot be confirmed from existing records.

06 Betting Rules

All bets placed on Bet Bro are subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific rules published in the platform's help section.

• A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued. Unconfirmed bets — those that timed out or showed an error — are not valid wagers.
• Bet Bro reserves the right to refuse or restrict any bet at its discretion. This includes bets placed on incorrect odds resulting from a palpable error.
• Palpable errors: If odds are published due to a manifest pricing error (e.g., incorrect decimal, data feed failure), Bet Bro may void affected bets. Members will be notified and stakes returned. Winnings from bets placed at obviously incorrect odds will not be paid.
• All bets are settled according to the official result at the time of the relevant event's conclusion. Subsequent appeals, overturns, or official result corrections after settlement may or may not trigger re-settlement at Bet Bro's discretion, depending on the nature and timing of the change.
• Abandoned, postponed, or cancelled events: bets are typically voided and stakes returned unless the event is rescheduled and restarts within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time.
• Accumulator bets: if one or more legs are voided, the accumulator is recalculated excluding the voided leg(s). A single-leg acca after voids becomes a single bet at the remaining odds.
• Maximum winnings per bet or per day are subject to limits published in the platform. These limits vary by sport and market type.

07 Live and In-Play Betting

Bet Bro offers in-play (live) betting markets on cricket, football, and other sports during live events. Additional rules apply to in-play bets:

• In-play odds update in real time and a bet is only confirmed at the odds displayed at the moment of acceptance — not the odds visible at the time you began filling in your bet slip.
• In-play markets may be suspended or removed at any time without notice, including during periods of critical action such as an over boundary in cricket or a goalmouth scramble in football.
• Delays in live score data feeds can mean that Bet Bro's displayed score is not always exactly current. Bet Bro is not liable for bets placed based on a score that turned out to be delayed.
• Cash Out: where the Cash Out feature is available, the amount offered represents Bet Bro's assessment of the bet's current value. Cash Out requests are processed at the value confirmed at the moment the request is completed, which may differ from the value displayed when you initiated the request due to market movement.
• Bet Bro may decline Cash Out requests during periods of market suspension or data feed interruption.

08 Bonus and Promotions Policy

All bonuses, free bets, cashback credits, and promotional offers on Bet Bro are subject to these general bonus terms and any additional terms specific to the individual promotion.

• One bonus per member per promotion: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion can only be claimed once per person, per household, and per payment method.
• Wagering requirements must be met before Bonus Funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for sports bonuses is 10x the bonus amount at minimum odds of 1.50 per selection. Casino and live casino bonuses carry a 25–30x wagering requirement as specified in the individual promotion.
• Bonus funds are used last — your real-money balance is always staked first. Once your real balance reaches zero, bonus funds are applied to subsequent bets.
• Bets placed at odds below the minimum qualifying threshold do not count towards wagering requirement progress.
• Bonus funds expire as stated in each promotion. Expired bonus funds and associated wagering progress are forfeited without replacement.
• Bet Bro reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time if there is evidence of abuse, including but not limited to: bonus hunting across multiple accounts, exploiting matched betting strategies that are not within the spirit of the promotion, or providing false information to qualify for an offer.
• Weekly cashback is calculated on net losses (stakes minus winnings) over the Monday–Sunday period and credited every Monday. The cashback is withdrawable without an additional wagering requirement. Maximum weekly cashback is Rs 10,000.

09 Account Security

You are responsible for the security of your Bet Bro account. Bet Bro recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) from account settings — it adds a meaningful layer of protection at no cost.

• Do not share your password with anyone, including Bet Bro support staff. Bet Bro will never ask for your password.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Bet Bro support immediately at support@betbro.im. We can suspend your account pending a security review.
• Bets placed and winnings generated before unauthorised access is reported to Bet Bro may not be reversed. Prompt reporting is in your interest.
• Use a unique, strong password for your Bet Bro account and do not reuse passwords from other websites.
• Bet Bro will never contact you asking you to click a link to verify your account through an unsolicited email or SMS. If you receive such a message, it is not from us — do not click any links and report the communication to our support team.

10 Fraud and Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Bet Bro platform and will result in permanent account suspension and potential legal action:

• Opening multiple accounts to exploit welcome bonuses or other first-deposit promotions
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or access account features
• Arbitrage betting strategies using Bet Bro bonus funds specifically to ensure a guaranteed profit while circumventing wagering requirements
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, miscalculated odds, or system glitches for gain
• Colluding with other players on live casino tables to gain an unfair advantage
• Money laundering or using the Bet Bro account to process funds obtained through criminal activity
• Providing false identity information or using another person's payment method without their consent

Bet Bro uses automated fraud detection systems and manual account review. Where fraud is identified, affected accounts are suspended immediately and the matter may be referred to relevant financial authorities in Pakistan.

11 Responsible Gaming

Bet Bro is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform provides tools to help members manage their betting activity. These tools are accessible from account settings without needing to contact support.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately when lowered and require a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Loss limits: Set maximum net loss amounts over defined time periods.
• Session time reminders: Receive a notification when you have been logged in for a defined period.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 30 days).
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your account for a minimum of six months. During self-exclusion, Bet Bro will not send promotional communications and the account cannot be reopened before the exclusion period ends.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the Bet Bro platform — including but not limited to logos, brand names, design elements, text content, odds data, and software — is the intellectual property of Bet Bro or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Bet Bro content without express written permission.

The Bet Bro name and logo are registered trademarks. Using the Bet Bro name or brand assets to misrepresent an affiliation with or endorsement by Bet Bro is prohibited and may result in legal action.

13 Limitation of Liability

Bet Bro provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The following limitations apply to the extent permitted by applicable law:

• Bet Bro is not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions, data feed failures, technical errors, or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
• Bet Bro is not liable for losses resulting from a member's decision to rely on information displayed on the platform, including live scores, statistics, or odds, which may not always be exactly current.
• Our maximum liability to any member in any twelve-month period for claims arising out of platform use is capped at the total amount deposited by that member in the same period.
• Bet Bro is not responsible for internet connection costs, data charges, or hardware expenses incurred by members in accessing the platform.

Nothing in these terms limits Bet Bro's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14 Amendments to These Terms

Bet Bro may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in platform features, legal requirements, or operating practices. When material changes are made, registered members will receive notification via the email address associated with their account or through an in-platform notification.

Minor updates — such as clarifications of existing terms or corrections to typographical errors — may be made without individual notification but will always be reflected in the "last updated" date shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the Bet Bro platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

15 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Bet Bro operates the platform for use by members in Pakistan and applies Pakistani legal standards to its operations to the extent required by applicable regulations.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through Bet Bro's internal complaints process will be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts. Bet Bro's first preference is always to resolve disputes through its internal process — most issues raised through the formal complaints mechanism are resolved within 10 working days.
